Today I am going to share this easy Crockpot Chicken Zucchini Noodle Soup with you! This soup makes a great healthy meal or side for your family. It is full of flavor, features fresh ingredients, and is very easy to assemble! You can’t beat the convenience and ease of cooking in your crockpot. Just toss in your ingredients, turn up the heat, and let the crockpot do the rest! For our Disney Dinner this week, we decided to go “Under the Sea” and take inspiration from Disney’s The Little Mermaid! This Disney film is one of my all-time favorites. The story features lovable characters, great music, a FANTASTIC villain, and a touching father/daughter storyline.
