We were fortunate to experience this festival during our last trip to Walt Disney World, and we absolutely loved it! This week, I’m sharing my copycat recipe for the famous EPCOT Avocado Margarita! EPCOT’s Avocado Margarita can be found at La Cava del Tequila, a small tequila bar located within the Mexico Pavilion pyramid.
