This week, I’m sharing my copycat recipe for the famous EPCOT Avocado Margarita! EPCOT’s Avocado Margarita can be found at La Cava del Tequila, a small tequila bar located within the Mexico Pavilion pyramid. Today, I am going to share with you how we chose to Eat and Drink Around the World in EPCOT’s World Showcase! We absolutely love World Showcase. Where else in the world can you experience the culture, food, and people of 11 different countries…all in one place?!
