    This week, we prepared traditional Mexican dishes for our Coco Themed Dinner in honor of the Mexican holiday, Dia de los Muertos or Day of the Dead.     EPCOT Avocado Margarita Recipe

    This week, I’m sharing my copycat recipe for the famous EPCOT Avocado Margarita! EPCOT’s Avocado Margarita can be found at La Cava del Tequila, a small tequila bar located within the Mexico Pavilion pyramid.  This concoction is a favorite among parkgoers challenging themselves to “Drink Around the World” in World Showcase.  (Check out our Eating and Drinking Around the World adventure HERE!)
