Pumpkin Recipes From the Disney Parks

Fall is finally here!  And everyone knows the flavor of the season is none other than pumpkin.  So, to celebrate this staple ingredient, we’ve rounded up our favorite pumpkin recipes from the Disney Parks!

These pumpkin recipes hail from Walt Disney World, Disneyland, and Disney Cruise Line.  Which of these Disney pumpkin recipes will you be preparing this fall?

Pumpkin Muffins – Jolly Holiday Bakery Café (Disneyland)

These pumpkin muffins showcase warm fall flavors such as golden raisins, nutmeg, and cinnamon.  I can’t think of a better way to start your day!

Pumpkin Pecan Cheesecake Roll – Amorette’s Patisserie @ Disney Springs (Walt Disney World)

The combination of pecan chiffon cake, pumpkin cheesecake, and dulce nutmeg chocolate mousse is almost too good to share.  This treat is sure to impress your Halloween party guests, that is, if you decide to share in the first place!

Pumpkin Twists – Maurice’s Treats (Disneyland)

These pumpkin twists are made with layers of puff pastry filled with pumpkin, pie spice, and brown sugar.  Twisted together and baked until golden brown, they make a great on-the-go treat! 

Pumpkin Mousse – EPCOT Food & Wine Festival (Walt Disney World)

Layers of spice cake, pumpkin mousse, cranberries, apricot-orange sauce and crunchy streusel create this festive fall dessert.

Pumpkin Bars – Cape May Café @ Disney’s Beach Club Resort (Walt Disney World)

If you’re a fan of cheesecake as well as pumpkin pie, you must try this recipe.  These decadent bars are made with a graham cracker crust and pumpkin cheesecake filling – the best of both worlds!

Pumpkin Soup – Sunshine Seasons @ EPCOT (Walt Disney World)

This creamy soup is made with pumpkin, acorn squash, and coconut milk accompanied by warm spices such as cinnamon, curry powder, and white pepper.  It’s the perfect way to warm up on a cool autumn day.

Pumpkin-Cranberry Scones – Garden View Lounge @ Disney’s Grand Floridian Resort & Spa (Walt Disney World)

These hearty scones are jam-packed with flavors of pumpkin, cranberry, and fall spices.  Served with a maple pastry cream, they make the perfect accompaniment to an autumn tea party!

Pumpkin Milkshake – Artist Point @ Disney’s Wilderness Lodge (Walt Disney World)

When life gives you pumpkins – make a pumpkin milkshake!  This delightful treat is made with fresh pumpkin, vanilla, brown sugar, fall spices, and just a touch of bourbon whiskey.  Delicious!

Pumpkin Pancakes – Kona Café @ Disney’s Polynesian Village Resort (Walt Disney World)

One of our favorite family traditions is enjoying pumpkin pancakes after a visit to our local pumpkin patch.  And now, with this Disney recipe, we can make them at home while reminiscing about our happy place!

Pumpkin-Filled Profiteroles – Narcoossee’s @ Disney’s Grand Floridian Resort & Spa (Walt Disney World)

These cream puffs are filled with pumpkin pastry cream and topped with a cranberry-blueberry sauce.  It’s the perfect fall recipe for a colorful and elegant dessert.

Pumpkin Cupcakes – Contempo Café @ Disney’s Contemporary Resort (Walt Disney World)

Filled with cream cheese and topped with cinnamon buttercream icing, these delicious cupcakes encompass all the best flavors of fall.

Pumpkin Cheesecake – Disney Cruise Line

This dessert has a classic graham cracker crust layered with a pumpkin praline base and topped with cheesecake.  Consider swapping out your pumpkin pie for this showstopper on Thanksgiving!

Pumpkin Beignets – Club 33 (Disneyland)

I didn’t think it was possible to make beignets even more delicious, but Club 33 may have proved me wrong with this upscale take!  These elegant pumpkin beignets are served with a maple glaze and will leave your guests wanting more.
