This week, we’re sharing our favorite dishes from 2025 EPCOT Food and Wine Festival!

2025 EPCOT Food and Wine Festival is a culinary exploration of cuisines across 6 continents. This year’s fest features returning crowd favorites and brand-new bites to satisfy all you Disney foodies out there. The festival is happening now until November 22nd, so there is plenty of time to get in on the fun!
We had a blast snacking around the park, so we could share our food reviews with you!

Brew-Wing Lab at the Odyssey
Pickle Milk Shake
The polarizing Pickle Milk Shake has returned yet again to the 2025 EPCOT Food and Wine Festival. When we first sampled one, we were intrigued by the unusual flavor combination. It’s honestly not bad!

But now, I’d like to see the Muppets bring some new flavor experiments to the Brew-Wing Lab.
Fried Pickle Spears
Sticking with the pickle theme, you’ll also find Fried Pickle Spears at the Muppet Lab. These were enjoyable! The breading was flavorful and had a great crunch, and the pickle was crisp and juicy.

The Fry Basket
Adobo Yuca Fries
This crowd-favorite dish is always a win – a festival must do! The Yuca Fries are seasoned perfectly, and the aioli is an excellent pairing.

Flavors From Fire
Smoked Corn Beef
Another returning favorite, the Smoked Corn Beef is another must-do for me. The corn beef is tender, salty, and smoky. Paired with that amazing beer-cheese fondue, and you have a serious contender for best of the fest!

Earth Eats
Red Wine-braised Beef Short Rib
This short rib is served with goat cheese polenta, puttanesca sauce, shaved pecorino, and petit herbs.

I really enjoyed the cheeses in this dish – they added a nice tang to counter the richness of the meat and polenta. However, the puttanesca sauce threw me off a little. The olives and capers in the sauce made the dish overly salty. However, the short rib was fork tender and cooked perfectly.
Lemon-Poppy Seed Cake
This cake was soft and moist and had the perfect amount of lemon flavor. The icing made it borderline too sweet for my liking, but the kids loved it and fought over the last bite.

Minute Maid Strawberry-Hibiscus Aguas Frescas
This drink was also on the sweet side, but it was no problem for the kids. They loved it!

Sunshine Seasons
Remy Milk Shake
This strawberry cheesecake milk shake is a sight to behold! It’s topped with a cookie “picnic blanket,” cheese wedge-shaped mini cheesecake, white chocolate Eiffel Tower, and a strawberry.

I knew the kids would love this, so I had to get one. As I expected, it was sweetness overload, but the presentation was so cute. If you have a sweet tooth – give the Remy Milk Shake a try!
Mexico
Tostada de Carnitas
Mexico’s tostada is served with braised pork, chipotle black beans, salsa ranchera, crema Mexicana, and queso fresco atop a fried corn tortilla. The toppings were generous and flavorful, and the tortilla had a nice crunch to it. This was my teenager’s favorite dish of the day!

Clarita Margarita
Cristalino Tequila, orange liqueur, and clarified lemon juice compose this cocktail. It’s also garnished with a dried piece of dragon fruit, which overtime causes the drink to turn a purple hue. It was beautiful!

Besides its pretty appearance, I also really appreciated the flavor of this margarita. The cocktail was perfectly balanced with sweetness and acidity, and the tequila had a subtle smoky quality that made for an interesting sip. Highly recommend!
China
Beijing Zhajiang Noodles
These noodles were prepared with ground beef, cucumber, chili, and carrots tossed in a savory Douban sauce.

They were quite good; I especially enjoyed the deep umami flavor in the sauce. However, I would have liked to see more veggies in this dish for added freshness.
Chicken Dumplings
China’s chicken dumplings are served with a sweet-and-spicy sauce and topped with sesame seeds and green onion. The dumplings were good, but they were pretty standard.

Smoked Duck Bao Bun
Soft, pillowy bao never disappoints. Paired with the tender duck, hoisin sauce, and pickled veg – this dish is a big win for me!

Mango Peach Bubble Tea
This was a great drink to order on a hot day. The tea was refreshing, and the popping boba pearls were a hit with the kids!

Baijiu Punch
This cocktail is made with Chinese Baijiu Spirit, pina colada mix, lychee syrup, and sparkling water. Despite the interesting ingredients, the flavor of this cocktail is unfortunately overwhelmed by the pina colada mix.

India
Potato and Pea Samosa
These samosas had great flavor, but the Indian spices were quite mild compared to what I was hoping for. The coriander-lime cream sauce was a great accompaniment, but I wish it came with more!

Mango Lassi
Our kiddos shared the Mango Lassi and were big fans. This was another great treat on a hot day.

The Alps
Warm Raclette Swiss Cheese and Alpine Ham
Over at the Alps booth, warm raclette cheese is served over baby potatoes, cornichons, and a baguette. You can also add ham to this dish, which of course we had to try!

I thought the cheese was delicious, but the younger kids were put off by its pungent smell. I enjoyed building the perfect bite composed of all the ingredients, but the baguette seemed stale and it was a messy process. Overall, the dish was okay, but I probably won’t order it again.
Kirschwasser Torte
This cake is AMAZING. The thin layers were moist and flavorful, and the cherries added a slight tartness providing a wonderful contrast to the sweet icing. The combination makes you keep going back for more.

It was a hit with the whole family, so unfortunately, I had to be a good sharer!
Frozen Rosé
This rosé was so wonderful on a hot day. It was ice cold and refreshing, and I didn’t find it sweet at all, which I personally prefer.

Germany
Schinkennudeln
Schinkennudeln is a baked noodle and cheese dish with ham and onions. Like an elevated macaroni-and-cheese! This is a great, kid-friendly option at 2025 EPCOT Food and Wine Festival.

Bratwurst on a Pretzel Roll
The bratwurst is another great option for kiddos. I personally like more toppings on my bratwurst, but this dish went over well with the family as is.

Zwiebelkuchen (Sommerfest)
I cannot rave about this dish enough! Zwiebelkuchen is essentially a German onion cake made with caramelized onions, bacon, and a savory custard.

The onions were caramelized perfectly, and the bacon was nice and crispy – I couldn’t get enough. Much to my discontent, the kids enjoyed it too, so I had to share once again!
Heading over to Sommerfest for this new 2025 EPCOT Food and Wine Festival dish is a must!
Japan
Beef Wagyu Don
This traditional Japanese rice bowl is made with American wagyu beef, homemade pickles, shredded togarashi pepper, and pickled ginger. The beef was tender and flavorful, and there was a subtle spice to this dish I enjoyed. The little kids particularly enjoyed the steamed rice in this bowl.

Teriyaki Chicken Bun
This steamed bun is filled with minced chicken, vegetables, and teriyaki sauce. The chicken was tender and flavorful, and the teriyaki sauce added some sweetness to the dish. This is another approachable menu item for little ones.

Brewlando Brewing Fuji Apple IPA
The flavor profile of this beer highlights the crisp, sweetness of Fuji apples balanced with the strong hoppy quality of a classic IPA. Overall, I felt it was enjoyable and refreshing.

Sparkling Sake Otokoyama
This sake was delicious, but for the price, the portion was tiny!

Greece
Griddled Cheese
Greece’s griddled cheese is served warm with chopped pistachios and honey. Such a simple dish, but the ingredients really complement each other.

Wine Flight
Greece’s wine flight is comprised of Mylonas Assyrtiko Dry White, Skouras ‘Zoe’ Rosé, Kir-Yianni Naoussa Xinomavro Dry Red. This was a wonderful pairing for the griddled cheese!
Tangierine Café: Flavors of the Medina
Stone Baked Moroccan Bread
This festival dish is like a mini bread service. The bread is soft and fluffy, and perfect for dipping. The included dips are hummus, chermoula, and (my personal favorite) zhoug.

Pistachio Cake
This cake is served with cinnamon pastry cream and topped with candied walnuts. The cake was soft and moist, and the warm spices in the buttercream elevated the dish. This was delicious!

Brazil
Pão de Queijo
Another festival favorite – how can you go wrong with soft, warm, bread and cheese? We always snag this dish while snacking around the world.

We whipped up a batch of these beauties for our Jungle Cruise Themed Dinner, and they were delicious! To see the recipe, head to our EPCOT’s Food and Wine Festival Recipes article!
France
Boeuf Bourguignon, Purée de Pommes de Terre
France’s short ribs are braised in red wine and served with potato puree.

I felt this was a fairly simple dish, and nothing was too impressive about it. I personally preferred the short ribs at Earth Eats, as there were more interesting components over there.
Brioche aux Epices Avec Une Garniture Mornay de Trois Fromages
This spiced brioche is a cheese-lover’s dream. The bread is soft, and the three-cheese mornay filling was perfectly gooey and flavorful. This may be a serious contender for Brazil’s Pão de Queijo!

Instant Becot Bordeaux
I couldn’t get the amazing cheese-filled brioche without a glass of wine, so I sampled the Instant Becot Bordeaux.

The wine was very good, with notes of blackberry and strawberry and a full-bodied finish. I was not expecting it to be served cold, but it was a pleasant surprise in the heat.
Canada
Canadian Cheddar and Bacon Soup
Canada’s celebrated soup is creamy and cheesy, and best enjoyed on a cooler evening. The bacon adds a great smoky flavor to the dish. My teenager loves this!

Canadian Filet Mignon
This filet mignon is served with mushrooms, mashed potatoes, and Boursin Garlic & Fine Herbs Cheese.

Filet is tricky to pull off at the festival booths, oftentimes it comes out dry and overcooked. But it’s hard to pass up a sample of the famous Le Cellier steakhouse at this booth. Try this dish, knowing it could be hit or miss!
Shimmering Sips
Mimosa Flight
The flight at Shimmering Sips features a tropical, berry, and blood orange mimosa. You can’t go wrong here!

Fromage Montage Completer Prize
Shimmering Sips is also where you pick up your Fromage Montage Completer Prize! After purchasing five of the featured cheese dishes and collecting stamps, you can turn your passport in for this Key Lime and Vanilla Dole Whip!

Hawai’i
Slow-roasted Pork Slider
This slider is served with a sweet-and-sour pineapple chutney and spicy mayonnaise. The pork was tender, and the spicy mayonnaise adds a nice kick to the dish.

Hawaiian Rice Bowl
The Hawaiian Rice Bowl is made with Spam, eggs, eel sauce, spicy mayonnaise, and furikake. The portion was huge. And the various components created a great medley of flavors. This was a hit with the whole family!

Pineapple Cheesecake
This cheesecake had a great, creamy texture and subtle pineapple flavor that didn’t overpower the dish. I loved the macadamia nuts as they added a nice crunch to contrast the soft texture of the dessert. And the presentation was absolutely adorable!

Florida Orange Groves Winery Sparkling Pineapple Wine
We rounded out our tour of Hawaii with the sparkling pineapple wine. This was much too sweet for my liking. However, if you like sweet wine like Moscato, you may enjoy this!

Bramblewood Bites
Grilled Cider-brined Pork Tenderloin
This pork tenderloin is served with chili-apple butter, celeriac-apple slaw, and apple cider gastrique. Right off the bat, I was disappointed in the small and dry serving of pork. There were other plates in the window that looked much better, and I’m sure they would have accommodated if I asked to switch, so that’s on me.

Despite the disappointing cut of meat, it had great flavor. The apple slaw was a wonderful accompaniment and added great acidity and freshness to the dish. I think if I had gotten a different serving, I would have loved this dish.
Cast Iron-seared River Trout
The river trout is served with vanilla-butternut squash puree, brussels sprouts salad, candied pecans, spiced pumpkin seeds, dried cranberries, and maple dressing. All the best fall flavors!

This dish was so good. The savory ingredients contrasted perfectly with the sweetness from the maple dressing and butternut squash puree. I was so happy eating this – a best of the fest for sure!
Cast Iron-roasted Brussels Sprouts and Root Vegetables
I absolutely love brussels sprouts, so I had to give this dish a try knowing only my husband would be helping me eat it. These veggies are served with dried cranberries, spiced pumpkin seeds, and a pumpkin seed vinaigrette.

There was a good amount of spice to this dish and a surprising amount of heat – I’m guessing from the spiced pumpkin seeds. They were a great pairing for the trout and pork tenderloin. Overall, this was a pretty awesome booth!
Spiced Apple Old Fashioned-inspired Cocktail with Boyd & Blair Rum
This cocktail had a sweet, apple-forward flavor. Replacing the traditional bourbon of old fashioneds with rum made the drink sweeter and less spirit-forward.

I’m a whiskey fan, myself, so I would have preferred the traditional bourbon. But I think rum-drinkers would appreciate this twist on this classic cocktail.
Milled & Mulled
Butternut Squash and Ginger Bisque
The Butternut Squash and Ginger Bisque is served with cinnamon cream, toasted pumpkin seeds, and pumpkin seed oil. This was soooo good. The cinnamon cream made the bisque rich and sweet, and the pumpkin seed oil added a great savory note to deepen the flavor. Best of the fest worthy!

Fall Fruit Cheesecake
This cheesecake is made with Boursin Fig & Balsamic Cheese and served with pomegranates and candied pecans. I was so excited to try this dish, until I realized I am not a fan of figs. And fig was the overwhelming flavor here.

3 Daughters Brewing Apple Strudel Hard Cider
This dessert-style cider had notes of apple and cinnamon – perfect for fall! It was a very light and easy drink.

Forest & Field
Autumn Chili featuring IMPOSSIBLE Beef
This Autumn Chili is made with root vegetables, plant-based cheddar, and plant-based sour cream served in a bread bowl. I completely forgot this was a plant-based dish while eating it!

The IMPOSSIBLE Beef had great flavor and texture, clearly it had me fooled! The chili itself was very thick, and I wished the consistency was thinner so it would have soaked into the bread bowl. We ended up throwing most of the bread away, as it was very tough.
Pumpkin-Mascarpone Ravioli
I was so excited to try this fall-inspired ravioli, and it did not disappoint! The brown butter vinaigrette was nutty and rich, and the pomegranate seeds added a touch of acidity to balance the dish.

Brewery Ommegang All Hallows Treat Imperial Chocolate Peanut Butter Stout
I was hesitant to order a stout during the heat of September, but I couldn’t pass up the chocolate and peanut butter flavor combination. It’s like a chocolate peanut butter cup in a glass!
